A few months ago in the UAE, people noticed something strange at some KFC outlets. The doors were missing.

Not broken. Not under repair. Just gone.

KFC had decided to run a bold campaign to promote their new 24/7 service. Instead of using ads on TV or social media, they chose to make a big statement in real life.

They removed the doors from some of their restaurants and turned those same doors into outdoor billboards. This campaign was called KFC Out-Doors.

Each door had funny lines like “Who needs doors when you never close” and also had QR codes. When people scanned the code, it showed them the nearest KFC that was open anytime, day or night.
